SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GoShoot Imports. This policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or new-release launches, processing may take slightly longer; if there is a significant delay, we'll reach out by email.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, estimated transit time is typically [2–7] business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@goshootimports.com.

SHIPPING DELAYS
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with them, and title and risk of loss pass to you.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
GoShoot Imports is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@goshootimports.com with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues right away (see our Return and Refund Policy for more on damaged items).

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
